Five steps to heaven
The following is a step by step guide to the process from your initial contact with Churchill and Simpson through to the finished marquee.
Step one
You can contact us initially either by email, using the form on this website or by giving us a call on 0845 226 3025. We’ll discuss your ideas and then provide you with an estimate, based on the
information you have supplied.
Step two
Steve Simpson our General Manager will arrange to visit you at the site where your event is being held. He’ll review the site and take all the necessary measurements and photographs.
During his visit he will offer you guidance to help you decide on the type, and layout of the marquee. He’ll also discuss with you some ideas on how you would like the interior decorating,
and what other furniture and accessories you might need.
Step three
Using the latest computer aided design software we will create a 3D colour plan of your chosen marquee showing the interior layout of tables, chairs, dancefloor etc; This will be sent
to you together with your personal quotation.
Step four
Once you are happy to proceed, then we will ask you for a 25% booking fee. However, nothing is fixed in stone, if you want to vary something at a later date you can, up to three
weeks before the event.
Step five
Two weeks prior to the event Steve Simpson will call you to make the final arrangements for him and his team to erect the marquee. You will receive our completion invoice
when the marquee is erected and you are happy with it.
